If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
Send your DMCA notice to: dmca@bookjourneyinsider.com. Include "DMCA Takedown Notice" in the subject line. We will review and respond to all valid DMCA notices within 48 hours.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
Repeat Infringers
Book Journey Insider will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
