1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Book Journey Insider, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily stream audiobooks on Book Journey Insider for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose; attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform.
3. Subscription Terms
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
4. Content Policy
All audiobooks on our platform are licensed for streaming only. Downloading, recording, or redistributing any content is strictly prohibited. Users found violating this policy will have their accounts terminated immediately.
5. Disclaimer
The materials on Book Journey Insider are provided on an "as is" basis. Book Journey Insider makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
