Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in your subscription period.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if: you were charged incorrectly, you experienced a technical issue that prevented access to the service, or you cancel within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@bookjourneyinsider.com within 7 days of the charge. Include your registered email address, the date of the charge, and the reason for your refund request.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Razorpay processing times may vary.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: subscription fees after the 24-hour cancellation window, partial month subscription fees, and any promotional or discounted subscriptions.
